Exciting news for all of you ice cream lovers… Twice Cream is thrilled to announce, just in time for Mother’s Day, our very first sorbet!   It’s a Frosé… the perfect combination of ice cream and rosé wine, featuring Astobiza, a delicious Spanish rosé, courtesy of our friends and neighbors at Vine Arts on 124 Street.

The wine itself has notes of white florals, strawberry and citrus fruit, so we used tonnes of strawberries to make this frozen delight, cutting the sweetness with tart black cherries and lemon juice, and giving it that extra kick of alcohol that only the wine itself can deliver.  Btw, not only is the fruit organic, but the sorbet is gluten free and completely vegan… free of dairy or egg!
