Our tribute to St Paddy’s is back, with that signature flavour of Irish Cream liqueur, and chunks of our very own cookie dough, made with butter, brown sugar, vanilla and flash-baked flour for easy digestibility.  Oh, and of course, plenty of Callebaut mini choco chips. Silky, decadent and just the right hint of grown-up indulgence, but still something the kids can enjoy safely too.
