Our tribute to Eid, for those celebrating the end of Ramadan this month, as well as the numerous cultures that enjoy this delicate and nutritious dessert treat, made with mixed nuts, honey and filo pastry.  Chunks of the dessert itself, surrounded by a rosewater ice cream, with a few pistachio bits thrown in for good measure.


Throughout April, you can also purchase directly from our shop a clamshell container of the delicious baklava dessert we used in this particular scream, made lovingly by our local friends at Barakat Ghee.
